How To Buy
Buy on Sikulae Store is very simple:
- 1. Enter the www.sikulae.com site, click on the button and enter login username and password; if you are not registered, follow the registration process. Registration is free and fast, for whatever doubts or difficulties, please contact our customer service.
- 2. Select the product or gift you want and put it in your basket.
- 3. Select quantity and click on "continue".
- 4. Check shipping information. If it is a gift simply change the data entering those of the recipient.
- 5. Click "continue", select the desired mode of payment and confirm the order.
- 6. After confirmation your order will be taken and processed.

Customers protection and the right of Withdrawal
All of our products are covered by warranty for any flaw or defect inherent in the product itself, to be reported by letter to Sikulae Store Virgilio Massimo Mycale, via Sergeant Antonuccio 6, 98045 San Pier Niceto Italy (ME), within 10 days after delivery.
At the discretion of Sikulae Store, it will be our goal to replace the product at our expense, or an equivalent product, or reimburse the customer of the amount paid.
All clients have the right to withdraw, exercisable without any penalty, according to the contract by forecasting. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, which allows you to return the product, prior notice within 10 days of receiving the product recommended by the details of Sikulae Store obtained replacement with another product or refund of the amount paid.
The only expenses that will be required are those of postage.
The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and may not be exercised for products that by their nature can not be returned or are likely to alter or deteriorate rapidly.
