Produced on the whole island,the almond flower is one of the most popular sweets.  Any pastry chef whose name is known cannot go without making these sweets.  A pastry with a delicate and soft texture, covered with a veil of powdered sugar.
Ideal at the end of a meal, possibly accompanied by a glass of good dessert wine.
