The pomace from the best Zibibbo grapes from Donnafugata’s production (both the fresh and the dried grapes for Ben Ryé) is conserved and fermented by a method that consents the best expression of the aromatic legacy of the variety. The distillation is carried out in continuous alembic stills and a small part in copper discontinuous ones. The collaboration between Donnafugata’s technical staff and the Master distillatory creates the best blend of the diverse distillations.

At the end of a meal, to pair with a fruit or chilled dessert like “semifreddo”. The combination with chocolate (maximum 70% cacao), citrus fruit flavored chocolate or nougat is also very interesting.
