It is made of a blend of wines from grapes of Nerello Mascalese, Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a long ageing red wine, with characteristics of great longevity as well as immediacy, where the great vocation of Sicilian territory for the production of exceptional red wines may be fully appreciated. |

the grapes are vinified, separately, in red with long maceration of the must with the skins. |

after malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred in new casks (225 liters), where it is left to mature for at least 18 months. |

in bottle for at least 10 months. |

- color: intense red ruby with garnet red tints.
- scent: ethereal, intense, with nuances of plums, spices and noble wood.
- taste: Full bodied , harmonic, remarkably persistent and reasonably tannic.
