The Val Paradiso extra virgin olive oil is obtained by simple pressing of typical Sicilian olives of Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola varieties.
The picking is in October, when olive is still green, in order to keep in the oil a good fruitiness; from farmland to the oil-mill the olives are transported in airy crates to guarantee the best quality of the fruit, and then the cold pressing through millstones takes place on the very same day.
At the end of the natural decantation cycle the oil is packaged in glass bottles
Meticulous attention and direct control of the whole process enable the oil to reach high standard of excellent quality.
