Sikulae Store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card/Debit Card

To use credit cards, Sikulae Store chose the circuit electronic payment of Paypal.
The circuit Paypal accepts payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and prepaid card Poste Pay.
To ensure maximum security, payment transaction is executed on the server safe of the bank. Therefore, credit card numbers reviewed are not stored on the Sikuale Store site and data resides exclusively in the Paypal curcuit.
PayPal uses SSL to encrypt data transmitted between PayPal and your browser.

Cash on Delivery (Only ITALY)

The cash (cash on delivery) is subject to the following conditions:

1. Payment must be made exclusively with cash directly to the courier on delivery ( checks or money orders are not accepted);
2. The courier accepts only exact amounts, corresponding to the amount of the order (no change will be given);
3. Payment in cash is only possible when there is full availability of the merchandise;
4. This method of payment provides an additional cost of 4.50 euros that will be calculated before confirmation by the customer.
5. The maximum value for this type of payment is 250 euros.

Bank Transfer

In case of bank transfer payment in advance, as ordered by the customer will be kept busy until receipt of the subsidy, for up to 5 days.
Shipping of the order will take place when the amount due is actually credited to C / of Sikulae Store (find the bank account when ordering).
To simplify the recognition of payment, please include the order number with payment.

Sikulae Store sends own products in over 200 States.
The deliveries in Italy are made with the express messenger SDA. Normally, the merchandise is delivered within 48 hours of shipping . The cost of delivery in Italy, for packages up to the weight of 30 kgs., is calculated automatically by the system during the order.
Some examples for delivery in Italy:

Deliveries in the rest of the world are made with the messenger SDA, which has as a partner, for its own deliveries to foreign countries, the messenger FEDEX, world leader in the consignments by air. Thanks to the efficiency of our messengers, the mercandise ,in the rest of the world ,is delivered within a few days, beginning from the date of consignment. The rates, for packages up to the weight of 30 Kgs, are calculated in automatic by the system during the order.
Some example for the consignment in principal States of the world:

* Rates excluded tax. * * To the rates, a supplement is applied for fuel, that varies monthly based on the fluctuations of the cost of the fuel.

The client, in alternative to the aerial consignment, may choose the consignment by land for following States: Sweden, Finland, Eire, Denmark, England, Spain, Portugal, Holland, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Rep. Czech, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. In the States mentioned, deliveries are made with the express messenger Bartolini; the time of delivery varies between the 7 and 9 days from the consignment.
The costs are calculated in automatic by the system during your order for units of weight that oscillate from 0 to 30 Kgs.
Some example for the consignments by earth in principal States above suitable:

For whatever doubt or for particular formalities of consignments above not suitable, don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
Sikuale Store remembers that in case of theft or dismay it will try to send a new product and, where the same owed is exhausted or no longer available, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent or superior characteristics, with faculty for the client not to accept such new product and to ask for the reimbursement of the same product. At the delivery of the merchandise, the client is held to check that on consignment the number of the necks corresponds to how much suitable in the document of transport and that the contents of the package result entire, not damaged, neither wet or however altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive ribbon or metallic ribbon). Possible damages or the missed correspondence of the number of the necks or the indications, must immediately be contested to the messenger that effects the delivery. The times of delivery from the date of consignment are purely indicative, in as there can generally be variations for uncontrollable causes or for conditions of traffic and travelling or for action of the Authorities. Delivery will be effected between the hours 8.30 and12.30 and from 15.30 to19.30, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
